From PhD to Innovator

Course Type: Workshop (takes place in Stuttgart)
Target Group: Doctoral researchers, Postdoctoral researchers

In cooperation with the Start-up Centre of the University of Konstanz (Kilometer1) and Young Entrepreneus in Science

In this workshop by Young Entrepreneurs in Science, you will learn methods from the fields of design thinking, storytelling and innovation management and apply them to develop start-up ideas from your PhD project, your other specialist expertise or from your everyday observations.

The workshop is an invitation to experiment and does not require that you already have a start-up idea. It offers you a platform to develop innovative ideas and concepts, present ideas and receive valuable feedback in a protected setting with experienced innovation coaches and an interdisciplinary group of participants. In addition, the workshop supports you in planning your next steps, especially with regard to the question of who you want to bring into the team so that the right personalities with the relevant competences will come together.
