Target Group: Doctoral researchers and postdoctoral researchers

Explore and apply seven principles of resilient and sovereign communication: a set of key communication to-dos distilled from the philosophy of language, psychology, politeness studies, and communication theory from the Palo Alto school and others. They will make you more thoughtful, comfortable, and effective communicating; and help you engage others in a successful communication process.

Counting towards the Certificate “Leadership, Management, Transfer of Knowledge”: Modules III, IV (4 AE).

Philosopher and linguist; more than 15 years of experience as coach and consultant for critical thinking, effective writing and communication as well as strategies in academic and entrepreneurial settings. Teaching award for his lectures at the University of British Columbia from 1999 to 2003. Work areas: Academic writing, presentations and communication in academic fields.
