After finishing the doctorate, the question usually arises: Do I strive for an academic career or do I apply for a job in the cultural, business or industrial sector?

The peer coaching supports your decision-making process and shows how application procedures work and how application documents are assessed. In role plays you can strengthen your self-presentation skills and your strategies for the job interview.
