Young Entrepreneurs in Science – Your Sciencepreneurship Career

In cooperation with the Start-up Centre of the University of Konstanz (Kilometer1) and Young Entrepreneus in Science.
Young Entrepreneurs in Science is an interactive workshop programme for PhDs and postdocs to help you ignite your entrepreneurial spirit! Together with your peers, learn methods and skills to realise your innovative potential, led by professional innovation coaches.
Workshop Goals:
- Get to know the different aspects of an innovator’s skill set
- Reflect about your personal skill set as researcher,
- innovator, and entrepreneur
- Get to know the concept of entre- and intrapreneurship
- Meet role models from both fields
- Reflect on your own potential entrepreneurial journey
Admission is free and no previous knowledge is required.
Participants will receive a personalised certificate and a handout. YES will reimburse your travel costs within Germany (accommodation excluded). Kilometer 1 grants a subsidy for overnight accommodation upon request for researchers from the University of Konstanz (please contact christine.ludwig@uni-konstanz.de).
The workshop can be credited towards the ASD certificate “Leadership, Management, Science Communication and Knowledge Transfer Certificate” in module IV (8 AE). If you have any questions concerning the certificate, please contact Melanie Moosbuchner (zertifikat@uni-konstanz.de).
