In cooperation with the Start-up Centre of the University of Konstanz (Kilometer1) and Young Entrepreneus in Science.
In this workshop, participants are invited to explore their personal innovation skills, learn about the Innovator Skillset and about empathy as basis of Human-Centred Design and reflect on potential career paths as a sciencepreneur – in innovation, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
Course Contents:
The workshop consists of two parts:
Part 1 of the workshop discusses the concept of empathy as the basis of Human-Centred Design. Participants will practice shifting perspectives and reflect their experiences within the group.
In part 2, the ‘Innovator Skillset’ is introduced. Workshop participants reflect on their personal skillsets, share their experiences and explore their entrepreneurial superpowers in teamwork.
The workshop is an invitation to experiment, reflect and learn in a playful, open atmosphere. No prior knowledge is needed.
