The Zukunftskolleg is an Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) offering diverse fellowships for postdoctoral researchers from all over the world. Following its 5i-strategy, the Zukunftskolleg provides non-tenured researchers independence for their research, interdisciplinary and intergenerational exchange as well as intra-university integration and international contacts. The Zukunftskolleg opens its door for all postdocs at the university to learn more about its fellowship formats, meet the fellows and exchange about their experiences and projects.

Visibility – ein Workshop für Wissenschaftlerinnen in der Postdoc-Phase (in German)
Sichtbarkeit der eigenen Forschungsleistung ist in der Wissenschaft eine Karriereressource. In diesem Workshop können sich die Teilnehmerinnen mit der Frage auseinandersetzen, wo sie sichtbar sind, für welche Zielgruppe und wo sie ihre Sichtbarkeit erhöhen möchten. Ziel ist die Ausarbeitung eines persönlichen Sichtbarkeits-Profils.
Der Workshop (inkl. Materialien) wird auf Deutsch durchgeführt. Die Teilnehmerinnen sind jedoch herzlich eingeladen, ihre Beiträge und Fragen auf Englisch zu formulieren.
Career Day of the Cluster Collective Behaviour - Role Models in the Non-Academic Sector
The Centre for the Advanced Study of Collective Behaviour (CASCB) and the Max Planck Institute of Animal Behaviour (MPI-AB) invite to their Career Day afternoon program at the University of Konstanz. The program features sessions with alumni researchers now working in diverse non-academic sectors and concludes with a panel discussion sharing strategies, challenges, and insights from their professional journeys.
