Peer Counselling for Teaching Staff
Format: Online Peer Counselling
Target group: Teaching staff
In this workshop participants have the opportunity to address and find solutions for difficult situations and challenges from their teaching practice. The moderated peer counselling format provides a structure for participants to engage in a productive exchange. In a supportive, peer-driven environment they find hands-on strategies to deal with complex classroom dynamics, student interactions and professional dilemmas and thus enhance their overall teaching effectiveness.
Counting towards the Baden-Wuerttemberg Certificate for Teaching and Learning at University Level: Module I (4 AE).
