Target Group: Doctoral researchers, postdoctoral researchers

The “Leadership, Management, Science Communication and Knowledge Transfer Certificate” of the University of Konstanz enables you to deepen your leadership and management competences and includes an official record of your skills in this area which are relevant for your future career both inside and outside academia.

Participation in this certificate programme is available exclusively to doctoral researchers and to researchers at the University of Konstanz who have already earned their doctorate (postdoctoral researchers, Habilitand*innen, junior professors etc.). The module-based programme can be customised to fit individual preferences and can usually be completed within one year, but there is no maximum duration. A limited number of places are available each semester.
